By using glomi, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your data and what you can expect from us.
1. Who we are
glomi operates the glomi Studio business platform and the glomi Discover marketplace. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, business name, email, mobile number and role. Business data: services, staff, branches, prices and schedules. Client data you enter or that clients provide when booking: name, contact details, appointment history and preferences. Payment data: transaction records; card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored by glomi. Technical data: device, browser, IP address and usage events.
3. How we use data
To provide and improve the Services, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, send marketing communications.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the platform, and on the basis of consent where the law requires it.
5. Sharing
We share data with payment providers, SMS and email delivery services, cloud hosting providers and analytics tools acting on our instructions, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Business and client roles
For client records you enter in glomi Studio, your business is the data controller and glomi acts as processor on your instructions. For accounts on glomi Discover, glomi is the controller.
7. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in jurisdictions permitted under the PDPL. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, logging and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; report concerns to hello@glomi.ai.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled within the timelines set by the PDPL.
